It would be nice to have an extra bedroom, but it’s unnecessary.

What is critical to you? The following are crucial to many buyers: shopping, near the beach, downtown, mass transit, interstate roads, public library, theater, community pool, playground, jogging or walking trails, boat ramp, 55+, etc.
